Calling all Bulldog Golfers

The Mississippi State Alumni Association and the ACC/SEC Leadership Council need YOU to participate in the ACC/SEC Leadership Council Golf Tournament to benefit CASA! The 6th Annual ACC vs SEC Alumni Golf Tournament will be held again on October 8th at Hermitage Golf Course. We’d love for you to join us for a great day of golf!

Our 4-man scramble includes: individual and conference competitions, a full lunch, an after round 19th Hole, a silent auction and an authentic Shrimp Boil dinner party, as well as prizes and contests throughout the day.

Mississippi State University has been well represented in past tournaments and we want to do our best to continue that trend. To sign up, simply to to http://accsecnashville.com/registration/ and note that you are representing MSU. If you have a foursome in mind that you know you want to play with, simply note the names of the other golfers in the comments field during registration. If you don’t designate a foursome, the tournament will do its best to keep alumni of the same universities together.

We look forward to seeing you out at Hermitage Golf Course!

Hail State!

Bulldog Kickball League

Spring is in the air! And we all know that means March Madness, baseball, college football spring games and kickball!! That’s right, Bulldogs – we have decided to join GOKickball’s spring  league, and we are looking for other Bulldogs to help us build a team.

Here’s how it works:
We need a minimum of 15 players, with at least 4 being female. The total cost for the spring season is $55/player and will include a team t-shirt. All of the games will be at Hadley Park on Thursday nights from 6:30-9:30, beginning on March 29th and ending on May 19th.
And that’s not all! GOKickball has partnered with a few local bars to provide food and drink discounts to all team members. In fact, there will be mid-season and end-of-season parties at various league bars around town. The league bar locations will be announced closer to the beginning of the season.
If you are interested in joining our team, please send an email to msunashville@gmail.com and we’ll send you further instructions.

Registration for the spring season ends March 20th, so please let us know ASAP. If we do not get the minimum 15 players for a team, the league will merge us with another team or will assign “free agents” to our team to make the minimum requirements. Visit the GOKickball website for the kickball rules, policies, and FAQ. For any other questions, please contact us at msunashville@gmail.com.
